I got some good
shoulder cry time with a potential (via text). He *might* come over tonight if
his other plans fall through. I don't know what made me lock onto him as a
listener / sounding board. But I'm glad I did.
I was able to
process some of those emotions and realize that Bran was just as much of a
victim of her manipulations as I was. She had leverage on him, and she used it.
She made him hurt me. And as much as he and I might both be tempted to make him
take half the blame, I don't think that's where I want him to be.
He was hurt too. He
lost and he sacrificed too.
She played us both,
and she almost won.
I'm looking forward
to the day when she realizes just how much she lost.
